General Reasoning Abilities
These assessments are suitable for applicants up to middle management, it consists of three sections which can be administered individually or together, measuring Verbal, Numerical and Abstract reasoning ability:
Verbal Reasoning: Measures basic vocabulary, verbal fluency and the ability to reason using words.
Numerical Reasoning: Measures the ability to use numbers in a logical and efficient way. This test is appropriate for all jobs which require a general level of numerical ability (e.g. accounts clerks and technical roles).
Abstract Reasoning: Measures the ability to understand abstract logical problems and use new information outside the range of previous experience.
Assessment duration: 20 minutes
